We are a small family owned business. We treat our customers the way we would like to be treated ourselves. Therefore we do not give any customer information to any outside service. Our orders are processed through PayPal. We do collect funds at the time the order is placed as all of our products are handcrafted and many are personalized. If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped we immediately cancel the order and immediately refund your funds. If you are not satisfied with our product just return it to us and we will refund you for the cost of the product. If you receive a defective or damaged product we will replace it at no cost to you or refund you the entire amount of your transaction.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell your name to any other company. The only information we collect from you is what we need to fulfill your order.
